Abstract
Three antigens were prepared ultrasonically: a soluble endogenous antigen, an insoluble particulate antigen and a total mixed antigen. Formolinized red blood cells were fixed with glutaraldehyde. The sensitivity of the suspensions was studied as a function of the different modes of antigen preparation. The results are compared with those obtained by immunofluorescence. The total ultrasonic antigen suspensions are very sensitive and can be prepared easily and economically. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
