Abstract
Percutaneous coronary intervention of unprotected left main coronary arterial disease is an alternative to surgical revascularization in selected patients. In this report, a patient with an implanted left ventricular assist device (LVAD) underwent successful coronary intervention prior to its planned removal. The implanted LVAD clearly assisted the technical performance of the intervention. Keywords
