Relapsing Polychondritis with Glomerulonephritis and Severe Aortic Insufficiency Surgically Treated with Success

Abstract
The case of a 16-year-old female patient suffering from relapsing polychondritis with severe aortic regurgitation and renal insufficiency due to necrotizing glomerulonephritis, successfully treated by means of aortic valve replacement is presented. It is the first case with this triple association to be reported in the literature.
