Light-induced change of charge transfer band in nanocrystalline Y2O3:Eu3+

Abstract
In this letter, we report the observation of ultraviolet light-induced change of excited charge-transfer band in nanocrystalline which is attributed to the rearrangements of local environments surrounding the ions in the near surface of nanoparticles.
