Abstract
A temporal bone report of a human case of progressive sensorineural hearing loss associated with retinitis pigmentosa is presented. The hair cells had completely degenerated in the basal 15 mm of the right cochlear duct and the basal 5 mm of the left one. Three essential features were: hearing loss, ophthalmic findings and neuro-psychiatric disturbance. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
