Abstract
Following the routine preoperative preparations, and under general anesthesia, the vagina is replaced in its physiological position. After this the abdominal wall is opened and the intestines are packed upwards with abdominal packs. Details of the operative procedure are given. The operation was performed on 8 patients who were followed up for 1-3 yr and all were found to be well and without complaints. The vagina was found to be in the same location as that established during the operation and sexual intercourse was being performed fully and without pain. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
