Abstract
In 3 infants with severe erythroblastosis fetalis, an effective treatment was to withdraw the Rh+ blood from the sagittal sinus and simultaneously give Rh[long dash]blood through a cannulated vein. In 1 hr., only 36.7% of the original blood remained. This dropped to 25% when 50 ml. were removed and an equiv. amt. given in alternation, since the child was given 100 ml. in excess of that withdrawn. Keywords
