Abstract
The modified double-interval spherical harmonic method developed in the earlier papers has been applied to the spherical analogue of the Milne problem for the half-plane to determine the neutron density as a function of position. The values of the "extrapolated end point" are compared with those obtained by Marshak using the single-interval spherical harmonic method. Keywords
