Abstract
The binding of sea‐urchin RNA polymerase II to homologous cloned histone genes (h22) has been studied using the electron microscope. Stable binary complexes selectively form at the H4‐H2B (pre‐H213) spacer region in an apparently cooperative manner.This publication has 29 references indexed in Scilit:
