Acute myocardial infarction caused by intravenous amphetamine abuse.

Abstract
A man aged 27 years presented with an acute myocardial infarction after injecting himself intravenously with amphetamine. Soon after admission ventricular fibrillation developed. This was successfully cardioverted. Coronary arteriography was normal.Keywords
