Abstract
The equivalent circuit of a finite circular disk resonant at any frequency corresponding to the first three axially symmetric flexural modes is obtained from a function of two dynamic variables; (1) the kinetic energy in the disk, (2) velocity of the mechanical motion. This function, called the equivalent mass, is computed over a domain of arguments which is of practical interest. The results indicate fairly good agreement between theory and practice. Keywords
