Abstract
In the absence of vacuum polarization and under generalized soft-exchanged-photon approximations, which will be stated in the text, the leading behavior of charged-particle-scattering amplitudes are proportional to the square of the electromagnetic form factors, as conjectured by Wu and Yang, multiplied by the eikonal functions. This result includes radiative correction to all orders. It is further pointed out that it remains true in the presence of neutral scalars and pseudoscalars under the same approximation. Keywords
