Abstract
Rabies virus has been propagated in serum-Tyrode solution containing either embryo mouse brain or embryo chick brain. The culture virus reached a titre of 3 x 10(-5) cc. after 4 days' incubation at 37 degrees C., and survived at least 2 months at 5 degrees C. in the liquid or dry state.Keywords
