Abstract

Mass fragmentography was used for the quantitative analysis of benzo[a]pyrene in food. Improvement of column packing materials for GLC made an analysis of picogram amounts of benzo[a]pyrene possible. The procedure for the analysis is quite simple. Some experimental results were shown.
