Abstract
The diffusion coefficients for both Fe and Si diffusing in dilute α-Fe–Si alloys have been measured. A value for the vacancy-silicon binding energy has been calculated and an explanation offered for the concentration dependence of the silicon-diffusion coefficients. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
