Observation of Spin Waves in Sodium and Potassium

Abstract
We report the first observation of spin waves in sodium and potassium at low temperatures. Utilizing the theory of Platzman and Wolff, we are able to deduce the first two Legendre coefficients of the Landau correlation function for a Fermi liquid.Keywords
