Abstract
Gerbera (Gerbera jamesonii) brought into Western Australia from Victoria was found to be infected by Phytophthora cryptogea. This pathogen was more pathogenic on gerbera than Fusarium oxysporum, which was found to be pathogenic in an earlier study. This is the first record of P. cryptogea on gerbera in Western Australia. Keywords
