Abstract
A case report of neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix complicating pregnancy is presented. This represents the fourth reported case. Clinical staging was FIGO IB, and treatment consisted of radical surgery and aggressive chemotherapy. Electron microscopy confirmed the diagnosis of neuroendocrine carcinoma. The pregnancy-associated cases and a review of neuroendocrine cervical carcinoma are discussed.Keywords
