Abstract
Multiform ventricular tachycardia (torsade de pointes) is a recognised proarrhythmic effect of drugs which prolong the QT interval. A case is now described for the first time where torsade de pointes occurred with the administration of the anti-anginal agent perhexiline maleate. Keywords
