Abstract
Results of measurement of the dispersion of the second-order nonlinear optical coefficient d 11 of 2-methyl-4-nitroaniline (MNA) are presented over a wavelength range of 1.20 to 1.54 µm. Laser diodes are used as light sources. The nonlinear coefficient strongly depends on wavelength, exhibiting a resonance enhancement. Keywords
