Abstract
The hydroxyl group as a defect in inorganic crystals of more complicated structure has thus far received little attention. Most publications deal with water‐soluble substances. A more detailed study of the OH group has been made for rutile and anatase single crystals. The present paper investigates the hydroxyl group as anionic part in the Perovskite lattice. Results of ir spectroscopy and chemical analysis are compared with the data obtained on rutile. Keywords
