Abstract
RJP-related research is reviewed. A simple, universal RJP - turnover relationship seems unlikely to exist. Potentially mediating variables and some shortcomings in methodology are considered. The possibility that "real world" conditions limit the value of RJPs is also discussed. Suggestions for future research are offered.Keywords
