Abstract
Beim Goodpasture-Syndrom treten Lungenblutungen und Glomerulonephritis nebeneinander auf. Eine nahe Antigenverwandtschaft zwischen Lungen- und Nierengewebe ist aus Tierexperimenten bekannt. Immunfluoreszenzoptische hier mitgeteilte Untersuchungen an Lungen- und Nierengewebe belegen die Bedeutung einer Antigen-Antikörper-Reaktion für die Pathogenese des Goodpasture-Syndroms. Manches spricht dabei für die Annahme einer Autoaggressionskrankheit. Auf Grund der Beobachtung von vier Erkrankungsfällen werden typische und atypische Verläufe und die histopathologischen Befunde dieses selten beobachteten Syndroms dargestellt, das gegenüber verschiedenen verwandten Krankheitsbildern abgegrenzt werden muß. Goodpasture's syndrome is characterized by an association of glomerulonephritis with pulmonary haemorrhages. Animal experiments have demonstrated a close antigenic relationship between lung and kidney tissues. The role of an antigen-antibody reaction in the pathogenesis of the syndrome was demonstrated by the authors by means of immunofluorescence. The findings support the hypothesis of an auto-immune disease. Four personal cases illustrate both typical and atypical clinical features and characteristic pathological changes of the syndrome, which must be clearly distinguished from other, related diseases. El síndrome de Goodpasture En el síndrome de Goodpasture se presentan hemorrágias pulmonares junto a glomerulonefritis. Una cercana afinidad antigénica entre los tejidos renal y pulmonar es ya conocida por la experimentación animal. Las exploraciones por óptica inmunofluorescente en los tejidos pulmonar y renal demuestran la importancia de una reacción antígeno-anticuerpo para la patogénesis del síndrome de Good-pasture. Tales afirmaciones hablan a favor de la suposición de una enfermedad de autoagresión. A base de la observación de cuatro casos clínicos se exponen el curso típico y atípico y los hallazgos histopatológicos de este síndrome de tan rara observación, el cual debe delimitarse de los diferentes cuadros clínicos afines.
