Abstract
Expressions are developed which relate the rotational constants of the rigid asymmetric rotator to experimental data through moments of the energy levels. The procedure in many cases permits the computation of rotational constants with much less effort than is usually met in either numerical approximation to roots of secular equations or perturbation methods.Keywords
