Abstract
The mass spectra of , , and systems are studied in a unified manner in the Dirac equation with an equally mixed four-vector and scalar power-law potential of the form . It is found that with this potential, which describes the , , and systems reasonably well, the current-mass values for the light quarks give an excellent fit to the spectra of , , and mesons.
