Abstract
The electronic Raman spectrum of hexaiodorhenate (IV) has been measured at 80 K. Under resonance-Raman conditions an enhancement of the Raman intensity occured for the totally symmetric a1g -vibrational mode coupled to the electronic transition Γ8(4A2g) → Γ8(2T1g) .Keywords
