New class of resonance in thee+scattering in an excimer laser field

Abstract
We report on the numerical evidence of a new class of low-energy e+ scattering resonances which dominate the field-modified elastic (Rutherford) and the inelastic (inverse bremsstrahlung) scattering cross sections in the presence of a strong excimer laser.
