Abstract
The antitumor activities of toxoids of C. perfringens, C. novyi, C. septicum and C. tetani were tested against sarcoma 180 and Ehrlich carcinoma. C. perfringens toxoid showed high antitumor activity against the growth of implanted sarcoma 180 ascites form. The results of the inhibiting effect of C. perfringens toxoid on Nakahara-Tokuzen-Fukuoka (NTF) reticulum cell sarcoma and methylcholanthrene-induced fibrosarcoma were also described.
