Abstract
A method is presented for the gas-liquid chromatographic determination of procyclidine in blood at therapeutic and toxic concentrations. Procyclidine levels in blood samples taken from patients on regular procyclidine therapy (10–30 mg per day), and in a postmortem blood sample were 0.1–0.7/µg/ml and 7.8/µg/ml, respectively. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
