Abstract
A technique of clarifying the classification of the pdx mutants using the competitive inhibitor desoxypridoxine has been described. Analysis of the 7 pdx mutants has led to the construction of a linear complementation map composed of at least 4 complons. Two possible interpretations of the locus are discussed. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
