Abstract
The intrinsic structure of , , and has been studied using the () and () reactions on targets of , , and . Transfer values have been determined from angular distributions in the () reaction, and from cross-section ratios in the two different proton stripping reactions. Spectroscopic factors have been obtained by comparison with distorted-wave Born-approximation calculations. The low-lying states are found to be well described by the Nilsson model, except that the and intrinsic states show mixing with vibrational states. The results also indicate strong mixing of the and states with and states arising from the spherical state.
