Abstract
Treatment of rabbit corneal tissue in vitro with pooled rabbit serum delays the onset of corneal homograft rejection in the host. Addition of antilymphocyte serum results in a further significant delay in the onlset of rejection. The mechanisms by which such treatment of donor tissues may modify the antigenic content of the material are discussed. Keywords
