Abstract
Triphenyltetrazolium chloride stained Brucella abortus 0 and Yersinia enterocolitica 09 0 and 0H antigens were used in the microplate agglutination test. It was shown that the results of these tests could be used to differentiate anti-brucella antibodies from antibodies induced by motile Y enterocolitica 09 in cattle sera. Keywords
