Abstract
Prostaglandin E(1) (PGE(1)) produces a rise in rectal temperature when injected into the cerebral ventricles of unanaesthetized cats, rabbits and rats. An effect is obtained with as little as 20, and sometimes even with 10 ng.Keywords
