Abstract
A 2-year-old girl presented with a large right middle lobe cavitating lesion, complicated by life-threatening hemoptysis secondary to hyperimmunoglobulinemia E (hyper IgE) sundrome (Job's syndrome). This proved to be a bronchial artery pseudoaneurysm which was successfully embolized.Keywords
