Abstract
Identical male twins with acute intermittent porphyria are presented. One twin initially developed neuropsychiatric symptoms while the other was first studied for gastrointestinal complaints. Both subsequently developed neurological and gastrointestinal symptomatology. Laboratory Studies confirmed diagnosis in both cases.Keywords
