Abstract
The interaction of two source‐independent, noncollinear electromagnetic waves of widely differing quantum energies intersecting in a nonlinear solid has been observed. The scattering phenomenon has been verified by measuring angular diffraction and frequency analyzing the resultant photon beam.Keywords
