Abstract
The effects of phase modulation of a charge-density wave on its collective-mode spectrum are computed. The spectrum consists of two branches, a branch of collective modes of the discommensuration lattice and a phason branch which is continuous at the lock-in phase transition. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
