Abstract
A class of models of multiparticle scattering and production amplitudes is constructed for which the matrix is exactly unitary at high energies. Two specific models are studied in detail. One leads to a constant total cross section, the other to a logarithmically increasing one. Particle production in inclusive and exclusive experiments is considered for both models.
