Abstract
Our prospect on direct application of polyacrylamide gel “PAMG”; without pre nor post treatments of soils for conditioning is realized. Seeds gemination, seedlings growth and cuttings propagation were investigated. The versatility of the gel is greatly increased by radiation‐induced preparation of the reclaimer ameliorator polymeric gel “RAPG”;. This is an amphoteric telomer grafted upon cellulosic worthless agricultural discard. The chemical properties of RAPG is governed by fractional intensities of the functional groups. The hydroproperty is controlled by the spatial architecture of the macromolecules. So, RAPG is tailored to suit all soils at various climates. A method for plantation without direct irrigation is contrived. The preliminary results show that it is feasible. Keywords
