Abstract
Telluric acid ammonium phosphate single crystals weighing up to 50 g have been grown at 25°C by solution recirculation in a two vessel crystallizer. The growth apparatus and the growth procedure are described in detail. The morphology of single crystals and of twins are presented. Dislocations and domains are revealed by etching. Keywords
