Analysis of the structure of molten germanium from local and nonlocal pseudopotentials

Abstract
We show that the nonlocal pseudopotential theory with no adjustable parameter fairly well predicts the complex structure of liquid germanium. This establishes more firmly the validity of the local pseudopotential approach, which implies a fine adjustment of the parameter of the model.Keywords
