Abstract
The fine‐needle aspiration (FNA) cytology of two cases of papillary adenocarcinoma of the lung is reported. Both cases showed psammoma bodies and papillary clusters of tumor cells in FNA specimens. Both tumors were resected and confirmed as primary papillary carcinoma of the lung by histologic examination and by clinicopathologic exclusion of the possibility of metastasis from other organs. Keywords
