Abstract
• An 86-year-old man had a tumor in the right posterior cervical region. The lesion showed histopathologic features of pilomatricoma but differed from that lesion by the presence of cytologically atypical cells and focal squamoid differentiation. The term "malignant pilomatricoma" is suggested for this tumor. (Arch Dermatol1984;120:770-773)Keywords
