PAPILLIFEROUS TUMOURS OF THE HEART VALVES

Abstract
Of two papilliferous tumors of the semilunar valves, one occurred on the pulmonary valve of a man aged 57 years and gave rise to no symptoms. The other grew on the anterior cusp of the aortic valve of a woman aged 45 years. This partially filled the anterior aortic sinus, close to the ostium of the right coronary artery, and was associated with angina pectoris during life.
