Abstract
The temperature dependence of optical phonon modes have been studied by utilizing Raman scattering in a single crystal of PbBi2Nb2O9. The lowest mode at 28 cm−1 shows a gradual softening as the temperature increases from room temperature. The peak frequencies of the bands higher than 50 cm−1 show no noticeable change. Keywords
