Abstract
The vascular reaction of the sensitized rabbit to the local application of homologous antigen is not influenced by the local or intravenous treatment with 5-hydroxytry-ptamine. Reserpine diminishes these reactions for a few hours. The antagonists for the 1st agent, promethazine and dihydroergotamine, do not influence the allergic reactivity tested. Keywords
