Abstract
4 cases are presented in order to demonstrate the efficacy of renal phlebography in the diagnosis of renal pelvic and ureteric varices. It is believed that this simple procedure should also be used as a supplement to renal angiography in cases of unexplained gross haematuria and/or persistent renal colic. Keywords
