Abstract
The dielectric and pyroelectric properties of (CH3 NH CH2 COOH)3 CaCl2 (1-x) I2x (TSCCI) were measured. TSCCI shows the dielectric hysteresis loop biased largely. Such large internal bias field causes the depression of the permittivity and the reduction of the dielectric loss and will lead to high performance of the pyroelectric detector. Keywords
