Abstract
This review examines the methods of preparation of allylsilanes which hold tremendous potential as reagents and intermediates in organic synthesis. The literature is covered mainly from early 1977 through late 1989. This review appears in two parts in consecutive issues. Part 1 contains Sections 1-7, and Part 2 contains Sections 8-19. Part 1 1.
